中國廣播公司的運作體制完整，設五部及九個地方台。「五部」為節目部、新聞部、工程部、業務部、及財務部。
中廣總公司設於台北，全省九個分台分別是： 新竹台、苗栗台、台灣台、嘉義台、台南台、高雄台、台東台、花蓮台及宜蘭台。使用發射機共70部（備機五十八部），發射總電力七百二十八點三五千瓦（備機電力五百零七千瓦）。每天播音1673個頻率小時。
Under the administration of the board of directors and the chairman, BCC is divided into five departments (Programs, News, Engineering, Advertisement Management, and Treasury). The headquarters is situated in Taipei, with 9 branch stations located around the island. BCC has 70 transmitters and 58 backup transmitters; its total transmitter power is 728.35 thousand watts (backup transmitter power 507 thousand watts). There is a total of 1673 frequency-hours broadcast daily.
