「中廣全球資訊網」在民國八十五年五月設站，以「服務全球網友」為目標，且一開始就推出realaudio網路即時廣播技術，為廣大的海外中國人提供與國內同步脈動的網路即時新聞與節目服務，頗受海外聽眾網友肯定。民國八十七年八月，配合中廣七十週年台慶，進行網路電腦主機的更新工程，採用執行效率、穩定性表現均極為出色的伺服器，並搭配具有容錯能力的硬碟儲存系統，以確保服務品質。每天有超過一萬人次上網收聽中廣節目，其中國內佔百分之二十五，海外佔百分之七十五。

中廣持續不斷更新中廣全球資訊網站的內容及增加服務功能，譬如目前除新聞網、流行網、音樂網、中廣台北AM747客家頻道及中廣古典網(限網路收聽)皆可在網路上同步收聽。

自民國九十四年八月一日起，中廣網站首頁再次全新改版，並採取會員制度，增添了更多元的內容，包括與國外主要知名電台網站進行超連結、提供頭條新聞的圖文聲音呈現、提供歌壇最新訊息、放置參訪團體相片、提供活動快遞訊息等，提供接近四百萬人次的瀏覽網友及聽眾更貼心的服務。

BCC launched Overseas Network in 1997. Overseas Network connects BCC networks to "sister stations" around the globe. BCC’s News Network, Pop Network and Formosa Network are provided 24 hours via satellite, FTP, or Internet link to several overseas Chinese community radio stations. Now Chinese communities worldwide can tune in BCC broadcasts.

In recent years, BCC has maintained cooperation with several overseas Chinese community radio stations, including KMNY AM1600 in Los Angeles, San Francisco Chinese Radio, Chinese Radio Network, Chinese American Voice Inc., Washington Chinese Broadcasting Corporation, Chinese Broadcasting Co. Inc., Fairchild Radio, Toronto Canadian Chinese Broadcasting, Mainstream Broadcasting Corporation, North American Chinese Broadcasts, Chinese Community Radio of South Africa, China Radio Network Pty. Ltd., Radio Corporation of Singapore Pty. Ltd., Radio Rediffusion Sdn. Bhd., ACE Broadcasting Company Ltd., The Internet Broadcast Channel, etc.

BCC also has maintained close corporations with other international broadcasters, such as British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Deutsche Welle (DW), Radio France International (RFI), Voice of America (VOA), Radio National of Spain (RNE), NHK, Oita Broadcasting System (OBS), FM America, Pan American Broadcasting, etc.
