中國廣播公司的運作體制完整，在董監事會、董事長、總經理、副總經理之下，共設四部三處、一中心及九個地方分台。「四部」為節目企劃部、新聞部、業務行銷部、廣告管理部；「三處」為工程處、管理處、財務處及製播中心。

迄九十七年元月止，中廣員工共計兩百餘人，總公司設於台北，全省九個分台分別是新竹台、苗栗台、台灣台、嘉義台、台南台、高雄台、台東台、花蓮台及宜蘭台。使用發射機共55部（備機55部），發射總電力五百九十三點三千瓦（備機電力五百九十九點九五千瓦）。每天播音一千三百二十個頻率小時。

Under the administration of the board of directors and the chairman, BCC is divided into six departments (Programming, News, Engineering, Business Management, Administration and Finance). Till the year 2005, there are around 250 employees in BCC. Its headquarters is situated in Taipei , with 9 branch stations located around the island. From 2005, BCC has 55 transmitters and 55 backup transmitters; its total transmitter power is 593.3 thousand watts (backup transmitter power 599.95 thousand watts). There is a total of 1320 frequency-hours broadcast daily.

From 1990, BCC's subsidiary corporation “Infinity International” was established, providing operations of industrial company briefings, commercial ads, television programs, promotional films, broadcasting programs, banquets, entertainment and performance production, etc.
